Traditional wines

Seven grape varieties are represented: Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Gewurztraminer.

Unlike other French wine regions, in Alsace it is the grape variety that gives the wine its name. Each of these wines is made from grapes of the same variety, grown on different plots. These cuvées express the character and typicity of the grape.

Edelzwicker is the only wine made from a blend, a harmonious combination of several white grape varieties.
