Pale yellow colour. The nose opens with notes of lemongrass and bitter almond. The attack is delicate and straightforward with a fresh finish. Beautifully balanced.

Ageing : 4 to 5 years
Serving temperature : between 8°C and 10°C
Food pairing : Pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, fried fish, salmon mousse, cold meats, but also onion tart or spring rolls..
