Pinot noir "Fût de chêne"

Tasting notes :

Pinot Noir is the only grape variety in Alsace that produces a red wine. It has a lovely cherry-red colour, with the nose characterised by fresh notes of morello cherry; supple and light on the palate, easy to drink, with aromas of red berries such as cherry and raspberry. A fresh and lingering finish.

Recommendations :

Ageing : 4 to 6 years
Serving temperature : between 12°C and 14°C
Food pairing : Enjoy with white meats, grilled meats or cold cuts (roast beef, chicken, etc.) and soft-rind cheeses such as Camembert or Brie.
