A wine with a clear, bright, pale yellow colour with green highlights. A refined, elegant and persistent nose with aromas of lemongrass, citrus fruits and white flowers. On the palate, it has a full-bodied structure with floral vine nuances. The finish is supported by a delicate, long-lasting acidity, giving it a refreshing quality.

Food pairing:This wine pairs well with fish, shellfish, mixed salad starters, snails and, of course, sauerkraut.
