Edelzwicker is a harmonious blend of several grape varieties.

It has a pale yellow, brilliant colour. On the nose, the wine expresses finesse with a lovely fruity and floral structure. Soft and delicate, it combines freshness and suppleness with a beautiful minerality. A light, thirst-quenching wine with pleasant fruitiness.

Ageing: 4 to 5 years
Serving temperature: between 8°C and 10°C
Food pairing: Pairs well with seafood, fish and charcuterie.
