Pinot Noir rosé Fleur du printemps

Vinification : Light maceration and racking of the juice to obtain a salmon colour

Tasting notes :

Salmon pink in colour, this rosé reveals very fresh aromas of red berries (strawberry, raspberry). The palate is fresh and easy to drink, delightfully echoing the fruity aromas found on the nose.

Recommendations :

Ageing : Drink young to enjoy its freshness and aromas. Can be kept for around 2 to 3 years.
Serving temperature : between 8°C and 10°C
Food pairing:Food pairing: Ideal for aperitifs, starters, salads, white meats, fish and, of course, grilled meats and barbecues.
