Tasting notes :

Pinot Noir is the only grape variety in Alsace that produces red wine. It has an attractive garnet red colour, complemented by a fairly complex bouquet with a hint of oak and notes of vanilla. On the palate, this wine reveals aromas of stewed red fruits and notes of wild berries such as blackberries, as well as a beautiful balance of alcohol, tannins and acidity.

Recommendations :

Ageing : 4 to 8 years
Serving temperature : between 12°C and 14°C
Food pairing:Food pairing: Pairs well with red meat, game and strong cheeses.
