Beautiful pale yellow colour with golden highlights, the nose opens with aromas of white flowers and minerals. The palate is lively and racy with notes of candied lemon and white peaches.

Food pairing:This wine of great finesse is the perfect accompaniment to dinner aperitifs, poultry, fish in sauce or grilled, shellfish and, of course, regional dishes such as sauerkraut or baekaoffa.
