Tasting notes :

Straw yellow colour with brilliant shine. Powerful and complex nose with aromas of stewed yellow fruit and lychee. Very nice structure on the palate. Voluptuous and sweet on the palate with elegant aromas of exotic fruit (lychee, mango), spices and hints of honey. A rich, opulent and very concentrated wine with a touch of very fine acidity.

Recommendations :

Ageing : Wine suitable for ageing for more than 10 years.
Serving temperature and storage : between 8°C and 10°C
Food pairing:Food and wine pairings: Suitable as an aperitif, with dessert, with strong-flavoured cheeses, with foie gras.
