Tasting notes :

Beautiful bright raspberry pink colour, very attractive rim, numerous strings of regular, fine bubbles. Delicate nose with aromas of fresh, ripe red fruits: blackcurrant, redcurrant, raspberry. On the palate, the attack is fresh and supple, consistent with the nose: fruity aromas of ripe red fruits. A wine with a beautiful structure, which, combined with its roundness, gives it persistence.

Ageing : 4 to 5 years
Serving temperature : between 5°C and 7°C
